Our 10,500 sq ft butchery and production facility operates day and night. We prepare meat for the different demands of restaurant service, catering production and larger groups.

Cut, trim & portion
Discuss primals, joints and individual portions, with weights and trimming agreed around your menu.
Dice, mince & further preparation
Share size, fat content and recipe requirements for prepared products.
Packing for production
Product specifications include packaging, storage conditions and intended use. Prepared products can be supplied in trays or sealed bags, according to the agreed specification.

Orders leave our Bromsgrove butchery in temperature-controlled refrigerated vans. Fresh and frozen raw meat, poultry and cooked products are separated for distribution.
