Midland Foods sources local Hereford Beef, Lamb from Warwickshire, Pork from Staffordshire, Game from Kidderminster and Poultry from Worcestershire.

Long Compton Abattoir For our Rare Breed products Midland Foods use Long Compton abattoir. Products include Gloucester old spot, Berkshire, Tamworth, Angus, Hereford, Cotswold, Dexter and Longhorn to name but a few.

We also supply Gloucester Old Spot dry cured bacon and Sausage.

Orchard Free Range Pigs Orchard Free Range pigs are born, weaned, reared and finished outdoors to some of the highest welfare standards.Monitored by the RSPCA.
